Tummy feels GOOD!!! Wallet still full!!! Off to a very good start!

(Well when I say full I mean it still has $24- in it...;)

So strange...but good! I've never had problems with my tummy or anything...but it feels so GOOD! Who knew that eating these veggies and oatmeal could actually make you feel so good! Wow, if people only knew! OK...I need to share this with all of you!

I love spending so little on food. And knowing that a good meal is only going to take me 10 minutes or so to make. And now that I feel so good, I'm protective of it...I don't want to put anything in my body that will take the good feeling away!

So - I hope you are all on board and ready to jump on the good healthy savings train! Because you will be SO HAPPY that you did!
Get out your re-usable bag because if you want to get on board you will first need to go to the Farmers' Market. Think it's so expensive? Well let's check out everything I bought for $15-....it's allot of food!!!

I bought - total $15-
A 3 pack of Strawberries $6-
A bunch of Kale $2-
1 Cabbage  $1-
1 Cauliflower $2-
1 bunch of Carrots $1-
3 stalks of leeks $1.50
1 bunch of cilantro 50 cents
1 garlic stem (looks like leeks...but it's garlic) 50 cents

My EASY Flat-Bread recipe!

Get ready for gorgeous home-baked flat-bread!!!
EASY TO MAKE Flat bread/ Pizza dough
Ingredients:
1 1/4 cups water
2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
3 cups all purpose flour
1 1/2 teaspoons ground sea-salt
1 egg

Directions:

Combine water and egg into a large bowl. Beating egg and mixing the mixture at the same time. I use a fork to do this.
Add flour and salt and continue to mix by hand
Continue to mix the dough until smooth and elastic
Oil a cookie sheet

Grab a handful of dough and by hand spread it out. Let it be an imperfect shape.

Helpful Hint: The Pizza/flatbread dough can be kept in an airtight container refrigerated for up to 4 days. Or kept in the freezer in an airtight container for up to one month.
It is very smart to prepare a big batch of this universal dough and then portion it off and either refrigerate or freeze the dough. Then when ever you would llike some freshly baked bread or would like to make a satisfying pizza half the work has already been done.

Just double or triple the recipe according to your menu plans for the following 30 days.
